Healthy Living Days
Sportwise are able to support your school in running healthy living days, hours or even weeks.
Our staff use specialised resources to help students understand the benefits of regular exercise and a healthy diet.
Students will be engaged in differing activities that challenge them both physically and cognitively so that they are aware of how, when, where and why to exercise.
Sportwise are also able to incorporate the basics of a healthy nutritional lifestyle into these healthy living days to ensure that all aspects of a healthy and active lifestyle are covered. The emphasis of Healthy Living Days is on having fun and enjoying taking part in exercise as a part of daily life rather than sporting performance or being competitive. Children will be shown games that they can take part in during break times and at home.
